Please check dimensions before buying, so as to ensure that there is no problem in getting the product fixed/placed. In such a situation we will not be able to accept return or cancellation. The order shall be delivered with good quality packaging within 10–12 working days. Once the products are dispatched from our end an email/SMS with the courier details will be sent to you. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Cancellations & Refunds
In case you wish to cancel an order, please do within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation will incur a deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 2% on the paid value for the transaction and the balance amount shall be refunded within 12-15 working days. Once shipped the order won’t be cancelled.
In case of any concerns, please send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return by contacting us on email@example.com. You will need to retain the item with all its seals and trappings (boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.) intact along with the Original Invoice. You can retain a copy of the Invoice for reference and future correspondence. For any further clarifications do get in touch with us. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Studio Elements. In this case, the amount will be reimbursed in the customer’s account. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
